Mountain Rwenzori

Mountain Rwenzori is the 3rd highest mountain in Africa. Its highest peak, Margherita/Stanley, 5109m above sea level is covered with snow throughout the year. Other major peaks include Mt.Speke 4890m and Mount Baker 4844m. You need about 5days to hike up to those peaks on foot. However, a one day tour to this wonderful mountain will give you a short hike where you will see numerous bird spieces, colobus monkey, chimpanzee, forest elephants, leopards(on a lucky day), waterfalls and a unique vegetation.

Kidepo Valley National park

Kidepo Valley National park is in Karamojong region, northeast Uganda. In August 2018, CNN named Kidepo among the best 8 Safari destination in Africa. The park is known for its breath taking scenery and numerous mammals that include lions, leopards, cheetahs, elephants, buffaloes, giraffes and birds like ostriches. It lies in the rugged, semi-arid valleys between Uganda’s borders with South Sudan & Kenya.

Murchison falls National Park

Murchison Falls National Park is Uganda’s biggest Park, sitting on the shore of Lake Albert & bordering with Budongo Natural Forest, in northwest Uganda. It’s known for Murchison Falls, where the River Nile surges through a narrow gap of Rocks with massive force. You will be able to find Lions, elephants, buffaloes, giraffes, hippos, crocodiles, waterbucks & warthogs in this Park.

Queen Elizabeth National Park

Queen Elizabeth National Park is the most visited in Uganda. It lies on the the equator, 6 hours’ drive from Kampala. All the Big five game are found in this package. A boat cruise on Kazinga channel that connects two lakes (Edward and George) will give you a thrilling moment as you will see elephants, hippos, crocodiles, buffaloes, water bucks and a number of bird spieces. A game drive to Ishasha will introduce you to the only tree climbing Lions in the whole world.

Gorilla Trekking (Bwindi National Park)

QuMountain Gorilla are only found in 3 countries (Uganda, Rwanda and DR Congo) in the whole world. Half of these Gorillas are found in Uganda. The main gorilla trekking in Uganda is done in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park, 8hours drive from Kampala, in southwest Uganda.
